Looking for parking space, box, open stable

Looking for parking space, box, open stable - Hi, we are looking for a new stable for two older horses, as our current stable is being terminated due to personal use.
We are looking for:
preferably an open stable or box where they can go out every day in winter.
Very good hay quality due to asthma.
Very gladly HP or VP for professional reasons.
Location Aurich + 20km radius.
We are recreational riders or have retired horses and just ride around. So a riding arena is not absolutely necessary.
We are open to everything :)
