Friesian Friesian mare

Friesian Friesian mare - I am looking for a nice home for my very lovely, people-oriented mare
She has been with me for 8 years and since her partner passed away 2 years ago, she no longer feels comfortable. She doesn't have to leave, but perhaps a more suitable home can be found.
Ridden for 4 years, then no further training as I can no longer ride.
Lunging/double lunge/double bridle/ground work she does everything great
Very good hooves
Why a side-horse?
She has pronounced osteoarthritis in her right carpal joint (pictures available) visible on the outside, so far no lameness
a very polite, always friendly horse, fine to handle/cuddly and always grumbling warmly.
