Despite all of her great personality attributes, she is still a Thoroughbred. She is slow to settle into new settings. It is important for her handler to be able to read a horse’s body language and respond accordingly. That being said, I taught a 9 year old how to post on her on the lungeline and let my 12 year old beginner niece ride her around a bit.

-mare, but not mare-ish
-quiet and somewhat aloof in small group turnout
-can clip legs but needs more desensitization for face
-stands for farrier,
-stands for bathing
-UTD on dental, vaccines, worming
