very nice, great Quarter Horse mare - A 5 star home is being sought for this beauty. Romy is a buckskin Quarter Horse mare with a very sweet, calm character and a very good conformation. She was born in 2020 and has a height of 147 cm. Received 82.90 total points at the DQHA foal show. Romy grew up under the very best conditions in a herd. She is currently being prepared for breaking in, knows saddle and snaffle. In ground work she is eager to learn and talented. Curious to learn new things. Runs cool over tarpaulins, can be wrapped in cloths without any problems etc. Free running in the roundpen she shows great movements. Simply a dream horse. The pedigree is also very good: Smart Chic Olena, Custom Crome, Hollywood Jac 86, Topsail Whiz. Both parents were shown with winning money. Unfortunately Romy is a PSSM 2 carrier. So far symptom free due to proper husbandry and feeding. Mare will only be sold to a responsible home with accurate knowledge of PSSM 2. It would be nice to have someone who is not put off by the diagnosis and will give the mare a chance to become a great recreational companion with an option for more.
