The elk leather is the softest and most pleasant leather I have ever had. That's why I have the reins again in black, which I use every time I ride. If you have sensitive hands or get blisters easily, these reins are the best thing you can buy. Because that was exactly my reason for buying these reins ^^

I put these reins together myself, as you can choose some options yourself at Hillbury.
They are in top condition as they were very expensive and I generally take extremely good care of my leather riding gear. Only where the leather is strapped around the bit is the material a little discolored. However, this is normal due to the heavy use of the leather. However, this is not really noticeable as it is normal and hardly visible when they are attached to the bit.
