Great 11 year old gelding for the upscale leisure sport

Great 11 year old gelding for the upscale leisure sport - Due to my financial situation as a student and lack of time, I am looking for a new home for my great gelding Fritz.
Once you have gained his trust, he will do everything for you. However, he needs loving and consistent leadership.
You can go out riding with him, ride dressage, jump, do ground work... he is always happy to do it.
He will be 12 years old this year and is 168 cm tall, but also covers small riders well (I am 158 cm tall). He is a total cuddler and very people-oriented.

He is currently in a herd of geldings and is super friendly there. He likes to play with others and is always social, so 'solitary confinement' would not be for him.
I would also like him to have constant access to hay in his new home, as he has started to choke due to eating for too long in the past (4-6 hours).

Although he can get excited on outings, he always does his job reliably.
Fritz is very dear to my heart, so it is important to me to give him into good hands. The price plays a subordinate role, Fritz's welfare is absolutely paramount.
